« With this deck, we take you and your team through the five steps of Design Thinking: IMMERSION, IDEATION, DECISION, PROTOTYPE and TESTING.  »
— The deck features specific tools for each stage of the workshop, helping you build your digital product step by step.

Tools

Our corporate clients have used our carefully selected tools in many of their workshops.

These tools are usually introduced by the workshop facilitator, who presents the objectives and prompts to the workshop team.

EXAMPLE: DNA TOOL

Objective

This tool is designed to help you clarify the company's identity so that it can be effectively communicated on your new website.

Prompts

To achieve the objective, the facilitator asks the following questions:

  • What problem does the company solve?
  • How does the company solve this problem?
  • What is the company's value proposition?
  • What are the company's values, beliefs, and struggles?

« These cards are designed to be simple and effective tools that will guide you through your co-creation workshops from start to finish. »

THE CHALLENGE, THE PLAYING FIELD, AND THE DELIVERABLES

Define your challenge and your playing field. By writing a clear description of your challenge, you can find precise solutions to the problems you're trying to address.

The playing field determines what will and won't be viable solutions.

THE SPRINT TEAM: 5 TO 10 PARTICIPANTS

The Sprint Team - the group that takes on the design challenge - is a multidisciplinary team composed of members with skills such as marketing, finance, IT, human resources, CEO, and more.

DURING THE WORKSHOP

Led by the facilitator, the workshop is where the sprint team works through the 5 steps (IMMERSION, IDEATION, DECISION, PROTOTYPE, TESTING) to solve the challenge it has identified.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP

When the sprint team has worked through all 5 steps and tested the solution with prospective users, the workshop comes to a close.

Even though the workshop is finished, the work is not! You now have the key to the launch of your digital solution. Remember that Design Thinking is an approach you can apply continuously to a project or business. You’ll want to conduct workshops on specific topics as needed.

Don't forget to celebrate the completion of your workshop, and thank all the participants who played the game!
